Magbab Shop Return Policy
1. Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Damage must not be due to the fault of the driver (except for defective products).
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to purchase different products of the same amount.
- Returned items must be sent back to the shop for verification of the claim.
- No exchanges will be accepted for medicine and cosmetic items.
